Anna Murduck

Anna is a Senior Associate with over 13 years experience in Litigation. Anna joined Collins Solicitors in February 2015 as part of the high value Civil Litigation Team and she handles complex high value claims in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence. Anna is also acting for a large number of clients in the Infected Blood Public Inquiry and the Group Litigation Order.

Having obtained a First Class Honours Degree (BSc) from the University of Manchester and a Distinction in the LPC at The College of Law, Anna undertook her Training Contract with Blaser Mills Solicitors. During her personal injury seat, Anna assisted a Partner who was acting for a Claimant who suffered catastrophic injuries in the Hatfield Rail Crash. Anna qualified as a Solicitor in 2005.

Upon qualification Anna worked for Weightmans LLP in the city for 8 years as a Defendant Personal Injury Lawyer. While there she was involved in a number of high profile cases including the Securitas Depot £50 million robbery, which was the largest cash robbery in British History. She worked for several major insurers, blue chip companies and numerous Police Forces and managed a very large caseload of complex, press sensitive and high value claims whilst also lecturing extensively to clients.

Anna's extensive knowledge, insight and expertise gained from her Defendant background has been of tremendous benefit to Collins Solicitors' clients. Her attention to detail is second to none and she is totally focused on securing the best possible outcome for her clients.
