Donna specialises in Family Law with a particular interest in proceedings concerning children.

She has considerable experience representing parents, grandparents and children in cases including Local Authority applications for care orders. Donna also represents parents in disputes about the arrangements for their children such as contact and residence.

Donna undertakes divorce and ancillary relief cases (property/financial aspects within divorce) as well as offering pre-nuptial advice.

Donna represents children, parents, grandparents and other family matters on a private or publicly funded basis (Legal Aid). She is a member of The Law Society's Family Panel, The Law Society’s Children Panel and The Association of Lawyers for Children.
