Lesley Collins joined Collins full time in 1995, having lectured in law for a number of years previously, combining this work with part-time practice. Lesley qualified in 1977 and has since specialised in civil litigation.
She was the conducting solicitor in RBS vs Etridge 2001 3 WLR 1021. She has also represented victims of the Watford, Southall, Ladbroke Grove, and Lambrigg train disasters. Her particular interests are personal injury and clinical negligence work. She is however, on the Law Society's family panel and understands this type of work also, having headed up a matrimonial department in a south Buckinghamshire firm in the 1980's.
