Buncefield Victims Update - 27/03/06
Following the Group Litigation Order hearing in the High Court on 17 March 2006, Collins Solicitors, on behalf of the residents have now secured arrangements with HOSL and HSE for their own experts to have access to the Buncefield site.
This development is a major step forward. Since the explosion the site has remained sealed under the excusive control of HSE which has been reluctant to allow third party inspections.
This development at long last provide to the residents recognition of the importance of their position and concerns.
