DVT TRIAL DELAY - 06/11/02
We were advised this morning that until today Mr Justice
Nelson, the Trial Judge, held shares in British Airways Plc, one of the
Defendant carriers. In view of this, as Lead Solicitors for the Claimants, we
must clearly seek instructions from our clients as to the future conduct of the
trial.
Whilst any delay is a matter of disappointment and deep regret these developments leave us with no alternative.
We hope to complete this process by Monday 18th November 2002
