Elaine O'Brien
Elaine enjoys a wide variety of family work with a particular emphasis on children matters to include disputes in respect of contact arrangements, Residence, Parental Responsibility, child abduction and other “specific” issues.
A substantial amount of Elaine’s work is publicly funded, she also works closely with the mediation services and the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (CAFCASS).
