Des Collins
Des Collins is the Senior Partner and specialises in civil litigation; qualified
in 1975 he has been involved in a number of substantial cases. He headed his
firm's representation of rail crash victims at the Public Inquiries following
the Southall and Paddington disasters and more recently he has headed up his
firm's position as Lead Solicitors in the Air Travel and Deep Vein Thrombosis
Group Litigation and the Corby Group Litigation. He is also directing the Firm’s involvement in the High Court litigation following the Buncefield fire and explosion.
